I bought the bowls as a Christmas present for my 6 year old granddaughter who loves yoga and has come to yoga with me where she got to play a singing bowl with the yogi. I got these bowls to use with my Chakra Oracle Cards to help open my Chakras. I wanted the Throat Chakra Bowl to help open my singing voice. I can actually FEEL the vibration in my throat when I use this bowl. The rest, I'm just trusting they are slowly helping me raise my vibes and open the corresponding Chakras.
