We process all orders between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. 

We're responsible for a speedy dispatch, and your order will be in the post within 2 business days of payment being received. 

We are not responsible for shipping / delivery times – this is 100% Australia Post, and all information on our website relating to shipping time frames is pulled from the Australia Post website.
We cannot affect delivery times, and are not responsible if the estimated time frame is incorrect in reality.

Shipping charges will be viewed by you prior to payment.
All shipped orders are provided a tracking number.
Express Post options are available at checkout.

Australia Post regularly take between 7 - 14 business days to deliver to the US, however can take up to 1 month. They will not investigate a 'missing parcel' until one month has passed.

Postage Costs to the United States

All items are sent via regular Australia Post with tracking ID number. 
Please let us know if you would like your parcel insured (at extra cost to you).

Duties + Taxes

We have made every effort to comply with US border tariff costs, but mistakes do happen.

Please be patient with us as we are a small Australian business trying to work with the US government. If an error occurs, please get in touch with us asap, and let us know the nature of the issue. 

* Please note – we do not set the tariff percentage, rather it is determined by product type, and we are unable to edit this. 

Returns Information

Please note that return costs from the US to Australia can be expensive! We try our very best to convey sizing information accurately, however if you have any concerns please reach out prior to placing your order. 

We do not cover the cost of returning an item for whatever reason. This also applies to our Australian customers, however it is not as expensive or time consuming within the same country. 

Returns Policy

You may return all eligible full priced items to us, for store credit, exchange or refund.

Non eligible items include: 
High waist briefs
Scrunchies (all fabrics)
Headbands (front knot + wool)
Tibetan prayer flags

Original shipping costs are non refundable. 

When opting for order refund, we charge a 10% restocking fee. We do not charge this fee on returns for either store credit, or exchange.

Any and all duties and taxes are non refundable, as these have already been passed on to the US government.
