How does a fold-over waistband work?

The wide, soft waistband can be worn high on the waist, or folded over once or twice to sit lower and shorten the length. It’s an easy way to get the fit you want without buttons or zips.
Which pieces have a fold-over waistband?
Can I wear them during pregnancy?
