Our Tibetan Lotus Seed 108 bead prayer mala necklaces are handmade using the seeds of the lotus flower. They look lovely worn as a necklace or as a wrist mala.
Mala's are used in Tibet (and other Buddhist countries) during mantra repetition - use each bead to count the number of times a mantra has been repeated.
