How do I return an item?

Please visit our Returns Portal to begin a return request. Once approved, please either ship the item/s back to us, or visit us in person at our warehouse in Huskisson to return the item/s.

We recommend reading our full Returns Policy first.

My order hasn't arrived yet!

You can track your order through Australia Post here.

If your parcel seems to be taking longer than usual, please log-in to your Australia Post account and track your item using the tracking number emailed to you by us. If needed, please lodge an inquiry with Australia Post. Please let us know then, so we can also lodge an inquiry and see what has happened.

Do you wholesale?

We sure do! Please fill in the wholesale application form online and we'll get back to you asap.

Where is my nearest stockist?

Please fill in the form below and let us know which products you’re interested in (ie, clothing, felt etc) and your postcode, and we'll get back to you asap with stores in your area.

Can I visit your warehouse?

While we don't have a showroom that you can shop from, we do offer click and collect pickup - so YES! Please select 'Pickup' at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready to collect. You are welcome to try it on there and exchange it on the spot if needed.
